
Silver Y Moth
A migrant moth, the Silver Y enjoys nectaring on flowers much like a Butterfly. This one was happily jumping from flower to flower and luckily landed on one with a sedum in the background setting him off nicely with the pink.

It’s always nice to see these fascinating insects and I’m lucky to get them in my garden every summer. This one enjoyed nectaring on a white Buddleia.
